How do I pay?
Scan the QR code on the station and pay in a few taps — card or your phone's wallet. No cash, no account needed.
Where do I return the power bank?
At any VELTY station, in any venue. You don't have to return it where you picked it up.
Which phones does it charge?
All of them. Each power bank has built-in USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB cables.
What if I keep it too long?
You're charged per 30 minutes up to a daily cap of €15, so it never runs away from you.
